Passionate restauranteurs Tim and Kristina Theodorou opened their doors to their dream in 2014. Located in the CBD of Sydney, they serve up premium food with local and sustainable produce. Their appreciation for ridiculously delicious healthy food has led them to develop a menu which serves fast food that is made using slow methods.

The story begins with the unique name ‘ZILIA’ meaning “To Envy” in Greek. Tim and Kristina have a passion for great food and celebrating life. Good food, family and entertainment all go hand in hand.

Tim is a professional musician who entertains oodles of people by playing his bouzouki (greek guitar) in various arenas. Kristina was a teacher in her past life which required wearing lots of different hats and managing and nurturing mini people.
