At Wagyu-Ya on Chevron, we’re all about the very best Wagyu beef from Japan and Australia.
Our menu features top-grade A5 Wagyu from Kagoshima, which is the current champion Wagyu Brand in Japan. Our Australian line-up consists of selected prime cuts from leading growers, with our main supplier being the award winning Jacks Creek from Tamworth in NSW.
We serve our carefully selected beef at our restaurant on Chevron Island in the Gold Coast, where you can enjoy Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) and an eclectic mix of Japanese cuisine, from Sashimi, Bento boxes and many of our original Wagyu- inspired creations.
