The Plumbing Doctor (Queensland) is a locally owned and operated Company with both Directors having lived on the Coast since 2001. Ian has more than 30 years experience in the plumbing insdustry and Bob has the equivalent experience in the areas of Administration and Operations. Julie, our full time job controller will go out of her way to ensure your enquiry or job is handled with the utmost attention and expedience, keeping you informed at all times of its progress. All tradesmen are employees of the Company – we do not operate under a franchise system or engage sub-contractors. This allows us to maintain control over the day to day operations of the Company ensuring quality service delivered in optimal time frames.
The Plumbing Doctor is actively involved in the Gold Coast Community with ongoing plumbing apprenticeship programs, sponsorship of school based work experience and pre vocational trainees. To date, The Plumbing Doctor (Queensland) has sponsored 4 Apprentices and we believe that this program is vital not only to the plumbing industry but to the benefit of the community as a whole.
