Mental Health Nurses can be accessed by referral from the Doctor & appointments made through Eastern Health. Also Eastern Health provide Aged Persons Mental Health Services in Primary Care which also be coordinated between Mental Healthcare Nurses & our Doctors.These patients must 65 years & older , have mental health concerns & consent for their doctor to refer them to the mental health care nurses who can visit the surgery as well.
