Specialising in smoked BBQ meat, we keep things simple: we smoke meat for up to 18 hours and let the flavour speak for itself.

Our chef Marty Bishop, is passionate about BBQ.
He’s eaten his way across the Southern Pockets of America, delved into the history and studied the secrets of authentic BBQ cooking; with that knowledge, he has planted in back home in the Western of Melbourne’s burbs.
