The Rodizio selection will include one of the most famous cuts of beef in Brazil – the Rump cap (Picanha).
This cut of meat is crusted in rock salt which is then cooked over hot charcoals and cut at your table
Meats are marinated with: garlic, lemon, fresh herbs, cloves, cinnamon, portugues spices, honey, chilli,
mint, wine. orange zest, thyme, french mustard etc
