PAZAR Food Collective began in 2012 as a converted warehouse POP-UP space called La Lupita for chef and founder, Attila’s North Mexican inspired taqueria adn food truck Al Carbón. The venue quickly gained popularity and in May of 2013 the decision was made to convert the venue into a casual dining space that expressed the food memories and sharing experiences both Attila and has team have grown up with. Pazar's food and service is inspired by our childhood memories and travels abroad from the Middle East, Mediterranean, Asia, Mexico and beyond.Pazar draws inspiration on the communal dining experiences that have formed the happiest memories and best friendships in our lives.

For us food is the glue that binds together our families & friends.
