At "Not Just Curries", we strive to serve real Indian food to Sydneysiders using the best of fresh Australian produce. We present a simple menu to introduce ourselves with the regular dishes that are more than just curries. We have tried to create the same taste as served back in India or at our homes. India has 29 states and each one of them has very distinctive cuisine and food habits. We have tried to incorporate a few favourites and few regional dishes.
