The name Moana symbolises the journey of the owner's personal journey through the oceans from New Zealand to the sunny shores of the Gold Coast Australia.

Seafood is the star of our men. We serve freshly caught seafood from local trawlers. One of the must-try dishes is the traditional, mouth-watering Tongan ‘ota-kia’ raw snapper fillets marinated in lime, cucumber, capsicum, spring onion, and coconut cream topped with taro chips.

Offering impeccable service, a relaxing ambience and seating for around 150. We draw in local diners with a menu that accommodates everything from casual weekday family dinners to special occasions, and everything in between.

For non-seafood lovers, we also offer a range of delicious salads, seared lamb fillet, twice cooked half duck, free-range pork belly and gnocchi, and more.

We are delighted to be recently nominated in the category of top 10 best seafood restaurants on the Gold Coast.
