China spice is an introduction to the flavours of China particularly the renown Sichuan style cooking. Sichuan province known for its natural beauty and serene landscapes is located southwest of China. It is also famous for its spicy flavoured dishes and common use of Sichuan peppers in its cooking. Our menu at China Spice provides different choices for the ever changing seasons of Melbourne such as cold dishes for summer, spicy and hot dishes for the cooler months.

The open kitchen concept and dumpling station provides a window into a typical Chinese kitchen so be prepared to watch the chefs entertain you with their culinary flair. The dining space is inspired by the unique colours and textures of mainland Chinese street eateries. The combination of wooden screens, masonry and bold colours synonymous to the architecture is employed to contrast with a modern comfortable setting.
