Executive chef David Leon from Madrid takes no shortcuts in its production and presentation with everything from the sauces to the bread being made in house to deliver authentic flavours of Spain. The wine list is carefully curated in conjunction with our supply partners of wines imported from Spain which are not commonly found in Sydney to fully complement the cuisine.
