Customers who already have a Rewards Account in-store and are registering an online account for the first time just need to alert us in the ORDER NOTES. Say something like "I already have an account in the shop. Please merge this account with that one." We'll then manually merge the online account with your existing Rewards account. Just ensure you use the same email address and login each time. Your purchases will then automatically be added to your Reward Points status.
